9:45 am: Meet at Zips in Gaylord, gassed up. Break up into Groups if necessary. All guests must sign waiver.

10:00 am: Leave dealership. Travel I-75 north to Mackinac City. Gas up and then meet Bob at the Welcome Center.

11:00 am 11:30am- Travel to Cut River Restaurant. There will be a detour at Cut River, no big deal, can't get lost, restaurant just after.

11:30am-12:45pm-lunch at the Cut River.

12:45pm-2:00pm. Travel US 2) to Manistique, 60 miles. Stop at Shell Gas Station for gas, regroup, and break.

2:30 pm-3:30pm. Take US 2 west or left to Garden Corners, 183. Only goes left. Take 183 south to Fayette. About 35 miles from gas stop.

3:30pm-5:00pm. Visit Fayette. State Park sticker day pass needed.

Famous ghost town w/Lots of history. Regroup.  Leave 5:30pm sharp.

5:30pm-6:15pm. Take same route north to US 2. 20 miles. Go left or West on 2 to Rapid River, another 20 miles. Possible stop at one of the most unique artisans in the UP. Go to junction 41.  Turn Right or North, another 22 miles to 67, turn right to Trenary. Trenary Tavern for dinner. 906-446-8305. Full menu, along with great seafood and locally caught fish dinners. Salad bar and dessert. 

8pm-dusk. Gas up if needed. 67 West back to 41 north. 34 miles to Marquette or an alternative route 67 north to Chatham (make a right in Chatham on 67-94 and Forest Lake Rd to Autrain. The Yoopers tell me that this is one of their favorite bike routes, winding, curving beautiful road which will lead us to a beautiful sunset ride along 28 to Marquette.48miles. The additional 14 miles is worth the ride.

Take 28, 41 split off to the left to Imperial Motel.

 Is divided highway, must go past the motel to the turn around and go back to the motel on the left or south side of the road.
